Family Feud Failure

Well, there's a whole lot I can say, but suffice it to say that we got on at the end of a long day and we lost. We put up a good fight, but it came down to needing to know who Jimmy Durante is. Who the? Well, apparently if you were born after 1980 or so (I was born in '78 FYI) you probably don't know.

We had a lot of fun and the executive producer really liked us and thinks we can go on to win in the future, so they're probably going to put us back on. Yes, they can do that. Anyhow, here's our little group after the fact.

It's the nose. The schnozzola and "Cha Cha Chaaa!" I love old movies and I always watch one if he is in it. Too bad you lost but maybe you can try again.

Hey, thanks everyone! We should know the air date within about two weeks, so we'll keep everyone posted. In fact, I'll make another post about this when we know. You're all going to love our intro (they have you do a pose at the beginning as you may know). (;

I'll never forget the question we lost to...something like "what kind of animals would you find in Mexico?" My mom buzzes in with Iguana, on there, but not #1 answer. So they guessed a chihuaha, and "dog" was the #2 answer so they get to try for the points. They get 3 strikes and it passes to us. (donkey was already on the board with two answers left). The #1 answer still not revealed. We think we've got it nailed with CHICKEN. Okay, anyone that's actually been to Mexico knows there are chickens EVERYWHERE!!! What was the #1 answer??? MONKEY!!!!! Chicken wasn't even on the board. And monkeys??? Sorry, but Mexico is a desert, not a jungle.

I've heard the name but wouldn't know the answer. Too bad. Hey congrats on the passage of Prop 8!

Oh man! He sings on the "Sleepless in Seattle" soundtrack, but if I didn't listen to that one I wouldn't know who he is. Tragic! That must have been fun though!
