Claire's hair has been long enough to put a pony in for a while, but I usually don't want to fight her. On Sunday, I decided to go for it, and I was pretty pleased with the results. We made it through most of second hour at church before it went out:) Carter noticed and said, "Mom, Claire's looks different, what happened?" I told him she had a ponytail in but we had to keep it a secret so she wouldn't notice and pull it out. The whole way to church he kept whispering, "Claire has a ponytail but don't tell her."

...and oh how cute she looks. I love the girls in ponys, but like Claire, Ella doesnt sit still long enough, nor keep it in long enough either.
And Cater is so cute whispering about it! love those kids!
Claire looks so cute with a ponytail! I remember how excited I was to finally be able to do piggys and ponytails in Alaina's hair.
Yay for ponytails! I can't wait for this with my daughter. She hardly has any hair but, I know once she does she'll just pull it out!
She looks older with a ponytail. She's so cute. I tried a ponytail on Jocelynn today and she looked like a little girl.
Sooo very cute! Livia had a pony tail in yesterday and got a few comments on how old she looks like that (I'm not totally happy about that fact!)
Hey, Sarah I got the link to your guy's blog in the Christmas card this year. Just did a fly by and I have to say your family is adorable!
And I can vouch for the early running thing. I remember catching you running through the field by our old house. I was proud of you then and I'm proud of you now! Great job on your run!
I loved when Ashley's hair was long enough to put rubber bands in. Now she won't let me put in ponytails because she says they make her look too babyish. Sad.
Hey Carter goes to First United Methodist! Taylor had Mrs. Stalder. We love that school! All three kids went there and I send all my friends who will listen to me over there!
Sarah, Claire is getting so big! She is adorable... and has way, way more hair than Autumn! We miss you guys!
crack me up... love that you have to keep her ponytail a secret. even funnier that she really didn't notice for a while! she's a doll. i think carter looks very Carter family and clair looks very Todd family-- i need to meet them someday!
